The luxury apartment is located in the former carpentry workshop Bothe & Ehrmann from the time of Austro-Hungarian Monarchy. Neoclassical motifs on the façade of Art Nouveau style decorate the interior of the apartment.

MS architecture & interior design creates the concept for the interior design of the apartment. The central component of the apartment is the living room with handmade table built from 250 years old wood that used to be a winepress. Special materials are an effective feature of the bedroom providing coherence and harmony. The wardrobe with bronze mirror makes the space seemingly larger, and bronze balls are not only used for lighting, but create a special atmosphere in the room and soften the straight lines of the apartment.
